„Hallo ihr Lieben,
\nbis diesen Freitag, den 21.01., haben die Lehrenden Zeit zu entscheiden, ob sie ihre Pr\u00fcfungen in Pr\u00e4senz oder digital stattfinden lassen. Unser Wunsch als Studierendenvertreter*innen ist es, dass m\u00f6glichst viele Pr\u00fcfungen digital (bzw. in alternativen Formaten) stattfinden, da es in einer Pr\u00e4senzpr\u00fcfung bei den aktuellen Infektionszahlen ein erh\u00f6htes Risiko der Ansteckung gibt.
\nWir haben in den vergangenen Tagen viele Bedenken und \u00c4ngste in Hinblick auf die Klausurenphase wahrgenommen – das ist total verst\u00e4ndlich und berechtigt!
\nDeshalb haben wir eine Mailvorlage f\u00fcr euch vorbereitet, die ihr gerne so oder \u00e4hnlich an eure Dozent*innen schicken k\u00f6nnt. Falls ihr anonym bleiben wollt, sendet diese bitte mit der entsprechenden Angabe zur Lehrveranstaltung an die zust\u00e4ndigen Studiendekanate.
\nDie Studiendekan*innen und ihre Mail-Adressen findet ihr unten in dieser Mail.
\nAlternativ k\u00f6nnt ihr nat\u00fcrlich auch direkt in den Lehrveranstaltungen mit euren Lehrenden ins Gespr\u00e4ch kommen und eure Bedenken mitteilen.<\/p>\n

Aufgrund der hohen Inzidenzen in L\u00fcneburg (heute 566,7) und Hamburg (1055,8) und der erwartbaren hohen Zahl an Quarant\u00e4ne-F\u00e4llen m\u00f6chte ich Sie daher bitten, Ihre Klausur nicht in Pr\u00e4senz, sondern digital durchzuf\u00fchren. Laut aktuellen Prognosen wird die Inzidenz im Verlauf der Omikronwelle bis zu den anstehenden Pr\u00fcfungen nochmal steigen.

\nUntil this Friday, January 21, the Professors have time to decide whether they want their exams to take place in presence or digitally. Our wish as student representatives is that as many exams as possible take place digitally (or in alternative formats), as there is an increased risk of infection in a face-to-face exam given the current infection figures.
\nWe have noticed a lot of concerns and fears regarding the exam period in the past few days – this is totally understandable and justified!
\nTherefore, we have prepared a mail template for you, which you can send to your lecturers in this or a similar way. If you want to remain anonymous, please send it to the responsible dean’s office with the corresponding information about the course.
\nYou can find the deans of studies and their email addresses at the bottom of this email.
\nAlternatively, you can of course talk to your lecturers directly in the courses and communicate your concerns.<\/p>\n

Due to the high incidences in L\u00fcneburg (today 566.7) and Hamburg (1055.8) and the expected high number of quarantine cases, I would therefore like to ask you to conduct your exam digitally rather than in attendance. According to current forecasts, the incidence will increase again in the course of the omicron wave until the upcoming exams.
\nFor this reason, I have great concerns about exposing myself to the risk of an in-person exam or not being able to participate in the exam at all, because I might be sitting in Qurantine as a contact person or even infected myself.<\/p>\n
